Encapsulated PostScript File

The legacy EPS format or encapsulated postscript file format was developed as a document interchange format by Adobe systems in 1992 to facilitate cross platform importing and exporting of vector graphical documents between supporting applications and documents. The EPS file is commonly associated with Adobe illustrator and other applications that support the postscript language. The EPS format supports vector graphics, bitmap images, as well as text but is more commonly used for graphic representation. It is worth noting that EPS files exist as final-form representations allowing minimal editing once created. The exception to this is the support of a few transformation operation such as rotation, scaling, and clipping. An EPS file is usually produced to be included in other documents such as text documents.

MTV Raytracing image format

The .mtv filename extension is the second filename extension that refers to the proprietary video file format container AMV. AMV is a video container modified from the AVI video format and is primarily associated with video enabled Chinese portable MP4 players. Video stream files with either the .amv or .mtv filename extension can be played back on these devices. To maintain a relatively low cost, these MP4/MTV players rely on this video format and inexpensive hardware rather than more common but expensive proprietary video playback formats.

How to convert EPS to MTV

STEP 1

Select the vector file in the EPS format to convert to the MTV format, you can select a file from your computer or your Google Drive or Dropbox account.                            

STEP 2

Choose the MTV format from the drop-down list as the output format, and click the Convert button, you can convert up to 5 files at the same time and a maximum size of up to 500 MB.

STEP 3
