Frequently asked questions

We support a wide range of formats including audio, video, image, document, archive, presentation, ebook, and font file types. You can convert between many combinations (e.g. PDF to Word, MP4 to MP3, images to PDF). Visit our formats page for the full list of supported conversions.

Yes. We offer a free tier: 25 conversion minutes per day—no registration required for basic use. It’s not shown on the pricing page; you can start converting on our homepage. For more conversion time, subscribe (Basic, Pro, or Ultra) or buy credits.

It depends on file size and format. Most conversions finish in a few seconds to a couple of minutes. Large or complex files (e.g. long videos or heavy PDFs) can take longer.

Yes. We do not store or share your files. Converted files are automatically deleted after a short retention period (typically 24 hours). Do not upload documents containing highly sensitive data if your policy requires stricter handling.

Limits depend on your tier. Free: up to 1 GB per file and 50 MB per download. Basic: up to 300 MB upload, 50 MB download. Pro: up to 1 GB upload, 100 MB download. Ultra: up to 1.5 GB upload, 200 MB download. The upload form shows the exact limit for each conversion type.

Yes. You can convert multiple files in one go. Free: up to 5 files per batch; Basic: up to 10; Pro: up to 50; Ultra: up to 100. Use the same output format for all files in a batch.

An operation is a single file task, such as converting, compressing, or merging. For example, merging several PDFs into one file counts as one operation; converting files into separate outputs counts as separate operations—one per output file. Free users have unlimited operations per day. All paid plans include unlimited operations per day.

You can convert files without registering, subject to the free daily limit. An account lets you see conversion history, manage subscriptions, buy credits, and use the API. Register or log in to get started.

Conversion minutes are the time our servers spend processing your files. Only successful processing is counted; failed conversions are not charged. Free: 25 minutes per day. Basic: 500 per month. Pro: 1,500 per month. Ultra: 4,000 per month. See pricing for full details.

Use Manage billing from your dashboard or account settings to open the Stripe Billing Portal. There you can update your payment method, view or download invoices, and cancel your subscription.

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant provider. We do not store your full card details; Stripe handles encryption and secure storage. Checkout and billing run on Stripe’s secure pages.

Yes. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (via your dashboard or account settings). You keep access until the end of your current billing period; after that you’re switched back to the free tier. Refund policy is in our Terms of Service.

Yes. One-time credit packs expire 30 days after purchase. Subscription minutes reset each billing period (monthly or yearly) and do not roll over. See pricing and buy credits for details.

Credits are one-time conversion minutes you buy (e.g. 500, 1,500, or 4,000 minutes). They expire 30 days after purchase and are good if you need a boost without a recurring plan. Subscriptions (Basic, Pro, or Ultra) give you a monthly or yearly allowance, remove ads, increase file and batch limits, and include support. Choose credits for occasional use and a subscription for regular use.

Basic is our entry-level plan: 500 minutes per month, up to 300 MB per file and 10 files per batch, with basic API support and basic support. Pro gives 1,500 minutes per month, up to 1 GB per file and 50 files per batch, with priority support. Ultra gives 4,000 minutes per month, up to 1.5 GB per file and 100 files per batch, with priority support. All paid plans remove ads and include basic API support. Choose Basic to try paid features, Pro for regular use, and Ultra for heavy or batch-heavy use.

Converted files are automatically deleted after a short retention period, typically 24 hours. Download your files soon after conversion. We do not use your files for any other purpose; see our privacy policy and Terms of Service for full details.

Yes. Basic, Pro, and Ultra subscribers can use the API with the same minute allowance as the web app. Create an API key in account settings and see our API documentation for how to authenticate and use the endpoints.

Use our contact page for general feedback. For billing or technical issues, open a support ticket (requires a registered account) so we can track your request. Include any invoice or error details in your message.

Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. We do not sell your personal information. File conversions are processed and then deleted; we do not store or share your files. The policy is also linked in the site footer.
